Test 6-Step A, Checking Fuel Pump

1. Connect diagnostic read-out tool to engine test connector.
2. Turn ignition switch to Run position and press ATM button on read-out tool. On Shelby Charger and GLH models, disconnect electrical connector from in-tank fuel pump.
3. If fuel pump is running on models except Shelby Charger and GLH, check the following:
a. All fuel lines for kinks, restrictions or leaks.
b. A plugged fuel filter.
c. Contaminated fuel.
4. If fuel pump is running on Shelby Charger and GLH models, proceed to Test 6 step C.
5. If fuel pump does not run, proceed to Test 6 step B.
