Test 14-Step A, No Fault Code 88 - Power Supply

1. Turn ignition switch to Off position.
2. Connect a digital voltmeter between blue logic module connector terminal No. 1 and ground, then turn ignition switch to Run position.
3. If voltmeter reads at least 4.5 volts, proceed to Test 14 step B.
4. If voltmeter no voltage, proceed to Test 14 step D.
