DR-25B Sensor Calibration Throttle Position

This test must be performed with engine warm.

1. With ignition switch in Run position, connect a voltmeter between logic module blue electrical connector terminal No. 21 and ground.
2. Check voltmeter reading with throttle fully closed and wide open.
NOTE: Make sure none of the cables that are attached to the throttle body are not misadjusted and are holding the throttle open.
3. If voltmeter reading is .5 to 1.5 volts with throttle fully closed at least 3.5 volts when throttle is fully wide open, proceed to Test 25 step C.
4. If voltage is not as specified above, replace throttle position sensor.
