DR-14D EGR Solenoid Circuit For Shorts

1. With electrical connector disconnected from solenoid, disconnect logic module blue electrical connector.
2. Connect an ohmmeter between terminal No. 6 of logic module blue electrical connector and ground.
3. If ohmmeter does not indicate continuity, replace logic module.
CAUTION: Before replacing the logic module make sure the gray wire of the solenoid harness is not shorted to ground.
4. If ohmmeter indicates continuity, check logic module blue electrical connector terminal No. 6 for short circuit to ground.
