DR-11A Fault Code 31-Canister Purge Solenoid Circuit

1. With diagnostic read-out tool connected to engine test connector, connect a voltmeter to pink wire of dual solenoid 4-way connector and ground.
2. Place system in ATM Test Mode Code 07, voltmeter should be cycling and solenoid should be clicking.
3. If voltmeter reads a steady voltage within 1 volt of battery voltage, proceed to Test 11 step B.
4. If voltmeter is pulsating between 0 and 3 volts, proceed to Test 11 step C.
5. If voltmeter is not pulsating but reads 0 to 1 volt, disconnect logic module blue connector. If voltage is now within 1 volt of battery voltage, replace logic module. If not, proceed to Test 11 step C.
