PROBLEM:
Difficulty in obtaining correct shims for adjusting bearing pre-loads.

Shims are too numerous to stock, and your dealer never seems to have the one you need, when you need it!

SOLUTION:
Chrysler has a kit available with the shims needed for adjusting preloads and bearing end play. This kit is considered an essential tool for rebuilding Chrysler Transaxles.

The kit contains shims that can be used individually, or in combinations to achieve the desired thicknesses for most applications. Each size has its own pocket for maintaining separation. Part numbers and thicknesses are also listed for individual re-ordering after use.
