Effective immediately the Technical Service Bulletins pertaining to driveability conditions will be listed under a new Group. This new

Group number, Group 18, will aid dealer personnel in referencing a driveability resolution listed in Technical Service Bulletins.


The present bulletin binders do not have a Group 18 index tab.

However, the tab marked 17 (Springs and Shocks) will no longer be used as they will be covered in Group 2 (Suspension). We recommend you re-mark the Group 17 index in your binder to Group 18 with the title being Driveability. Future binders purchased from Reynolds &

Reynolds will include a Group 18 Driveability index tab.
