Rear Crankshaft Main Bearing Seal: Service and Repair

Fig. 14 Rear oil seal, replace:

1. Remove screws attaching crankshaft rear oil seal retainer and the retainer, Fig. 14.
2. Remove separator from retainer, then the oil seal.
3. Install new seal into retainer, then the separator. Ensure oil hole is positioned at separator bottom.
