Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve and Cooler Removal





1. Remove the throttle body bolts (4).

2. Remove the throttle body (3).

3. Remove the intake heater (2) and gasket (1).





4. Remove the manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor bolt (1).

5. Remove the MAP sensor (2).





6. Remove the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) valve bracket bolts (1) and (2).

7. Remove the EGR valve bracket (3).





8. Remove the intake manifold tube bolts (2).

9. Remove the intake manifold tube (1).

10. Remove the intake manifold tube seal (3) and gaskets (4).





11. Remove the EGR valve temperature sensor (1).





12. Remove the EGR valve and cooler bolts (1) and (3).

13. Remove the EGR valve and cooler (2).





14. Remove the EGR cooler bracket bolts (2).

15. Remove the EGR cooler bracket (1).
