Rear Side Door Center Roller Bracket Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the sliding door trim panel. Refer to Sliding Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
2. Open the door partially and support the door.
3. Remove the bolts (4) that retain the sliding side door center roller bracket (1) to the door.
4. Remove the nuts (2) that retain the sliding side door center roller bracket (1) to the door.
5. Slide the sliding side door center roller bracket (1) from the rear of the track.
6. Remove the sliding side door center roller bracket (1) from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the sliding side door center roller bracket (1) to the vehicle.
2. Slide the sliding side door center roller bracket (1) into the rear of the track.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution .

3. Install the nuts (2) in order to retain the sliding side door center roller bracket (1) to the door and tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb ft).
4. Install the bolts (4) in order to retain the sliding side door center roller bracket (1) to the door and tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb ft).
5. Install the sliding door trim panel. Refer to Sliding Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
6. Close the door and inspect the operation of the door.
