Parking Brake Indicator Switch Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the left trim panel. Refer to Body Hinge Pillar Trim Panel Replacement (Body Hinge Pillar Trim Panel Replacement).




2. Remove the electrical connector.
3. Remove the screw from the switch.
4. Remove the indicator switch from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure




1. Connect the indicator switch to the vehicle.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

2. Install the screw to the switch and tighten to 4 Nm (35 lb in).
3. Install the electrical connector.
4. Install the left trim panel. Refer to Body Hinge Pillar Trim Panel Replacement (Body Hinge Pillar Trim Panel Replacement).
