Sunroof Air Deflector Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Power sunroof to the fully rear position.




2. Remove the screws (1) from the sunroof air deflector (2).
Slide the air deflector rearward until the actuators release from the tracks.
3. Remove the sunroof air deflector from the sunroof module.

Installation Procedure




1. Position the sunroof air deflector (2) to the sunroof module.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

2. Install the screws (1) that attach the sunroof air deflector (2) to the sunroof module.

Tighten the screws to 3 Nm (26 lb in).

3. Install the air deflector actuators to each side of the window tracks.
4. Verify that the spring action of the sunroof air deflector is operating.
5. Close the sunroof window.
