Fuel Injection Fuel Return Pipe Replacement - Right Side

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the engine cover. Refer to Engine Cover Replacement (Service and Repair).
2. Remove the generator. Refer to Generator Replacement (With LU3) (Generator Replacement)Generator Replacement (With LY2, LMF and LY6) (Generator Replacement)Generator Replacement (With LMM) (Generator Replacement).




3. Remove the fuel return hose clips (1).




4. Disconnect the fuel return hose from the injectors.




5. Disconnect the fuel return hose from the fuel line.

Installation Procedure




1. Connect the fuel return hose to the fuel line.




2. Connect the fuel return hose to the injectors.




3. Install the fuel return hose clips (1).
4. Install the generator. Refer to Generator Replacement (With LU3) (Generator Replacement)Generator Replacement (With LY2, LMF and LY6) (Generator Replacement)Generator Replacement (With LMM) (Generator Replacement).
5. Install the engine cover. Refer to Engine Cover Replacement (Service and Repair).
