Fuel Hose/Pipes Replacement - Chassis (Cab/Chassis w/Balance Pump)

FUEL HOSE/PIPES REPLACEMENT - CHASSIS (CAB/CHASSIS WITH BALANCE PUMP)

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the front and auxiliary fuel tanks.
2. Disconnect the pressure balance pump electrical connector.




3. Remove the fuel bundle nuts.
4. Remove the fuel bundle.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the fuel bundle.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the fuel bundle nuts.

Tighten the nuts to 16 N.m (12 lb ft).




3. Connect the pressure balance pump electrical connector.
4. Install the front and auxiliary fuel tanks.
