Clutch Actuator Cylinder Replacement (NV3500/NV4500 Transmissions)

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the manual transmission.
2. Remove the clutch actuator cylinder bolts.
3. Remove the clutch actuator cylinder. If required, the clutch release bearing can be removed from the clutch actuator cylinder for replacement.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the clutch actuator cylinder.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the clutch actuator cylinder bolts.
^ Tighten the bolts to 8 Nm (71 inch lbs.).

3. Install the manual transmission.
