Oil Fill Tube Replacement
Removal Procedure





1. Remove the air cleaner.
2. Remove the upper fan shroud.
3. Remove the oil fill tube bolts.





4. Remove the oil fill tube.
5. Remove and discard the oil fill tube O-ring seal.

Installation Procedure





1. Install a NEW O-ring seal onto the oil fill tube.
2. Install the oil fill tube.





Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

3. Install the oil fill tube bolts.
Tighten the bolts to 21 Nm (15 ft. lbs.).
4. Install the upper radiator fan shroud.
5. Install the air cleaner.
