Front Door Striker: Adjustments

Striker Adjustment - Sliding Door Front

1. Loosen the sliding side door front striker bolts.
2. Slide the door towards the striker.
3. Ensure that the lock fully engages the striker.
Add or delete spacers behind the striker in order to accomplish this adjustment.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

4. Adjust the sliding side door front striker bolts.

Tighten the sliding side door front striker bolts to 24 N.m (18 lb ft).
