Rear Side Door Stationary Window Replacement

Removal Procedure





Caution: Refer to Safety Glasses Caution in Cautions and Notices.

1. Remove the rear side door water deflector. Refer to Rear Side Door Water Deflector Replacement (Service and Repair).
2. Reposition the rear side door window channel away from the rear side door stationary window channel (5) in order to gain the necessary clearance to remove the stationary window channel.
3. Remove the following components from the rear side door:

* The screw (1)
* The 2 bolts (3)
* The rear side door stationary window channel (5)

4. Remove the rear side door stationary window (2) from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the rear side door stationary window (2) to the vehicle.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the rear side door stationary window channel (5) to the door. Secure the channel with the 2 bolts (3) and the screw (1).

Tighten the rear side door stationary window channel bolts to 10 Nm (89 lb in).

3. Install the rear side door window channel to the stationary window channel (5).
4. Install the rear side door water deflector. Refer to Rear Side Door Water Deflector Replacement (Service and Repair).
