Water Outlet Tube Replacement

Removal Procedure





1. Drain the engine coolant.
2. Remove the intake manifold.
3. Remove the radiator inlet hose.
4. Remove the radiator outlet hose.
5. Remove the thermostat housing.
6. Remove the water outlet tube (1) and O-rings (2).

Installation Procedure





1. Install the water outlet tube (1) with new O-rings (2).
2. Install the thermostat housing.
3. Install the radiator outlet hose.
4. Install the radiator inlet hose.
5. Install the intake manifold.
6. Refill the engine coolant.
