Instrument Panel Compartment - Latch Replacement

LATCH REPLACEMENT - INSTRUMENT PANEL (I/P) COMPARTMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Open the instrument panel compartment by pushing in on both sides to release the IP compartment door stops.
2. Remove the following components from the instrument panel compartment:
2.1. The 2 screws
2.2. The IP compartment door lock

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the IP compartment door lock to the instrument panel compartment. Secure the lock assembly with the 2 screws.
2. Close the instrument panel compartment by pushing in on both sides.
