Drive Belt Idler Pulley Replacement Accessory

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the drive belt.
2. Remove the belt idler pulley bolt.
3. Remove the belt idler pulley.

Installation Procedure

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.





1. Install the drive belt idler pulley and bolt to the engine.
^ Tighten the bolt to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.).
2. Install the drive belt.
