Drive Belt Tensioner Replacement

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the drive belt.
2. Remove the bolt.
3. Remove the drive belt tensioner.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the drive belt tensioner assembly.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the attaching bolt.
^ Tighten the drive belt tensioner assembly bolt to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.).
3. Install the drive belt.
