87. Oil Pump Drive Installation

Oil Pump Drive Installation





1. Install the new gasket to the oil pump drive.
2. Install the oil pump drive to the engine.
^ Index the drive with the camshaft gear and the oil pump drive shaft.
^ Make sure the drive seats fully.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

3. Install the clamp and the bolt.
^ Tighten the bolt to 42 Nm (31 ft. lbs.).
