Seat Back Replacement - Rear (All Except Luxury)

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the seat from the vehicle. Refer to Seat Replacement - Rear Bench (All Except Luxury) (Seat Replacement - Rear Bench (All Except Luxury))Seat Replacement - Rear Bench (Luxury Y91) (Seat Replacement - Rear Bench (Luxury Y91)) .
2. Remove the armrest. Refer toArmrest Replacement - Rear Seat (All Except Luxury) (Armrest Replacement - Rear Seat (All Except Luxury))Armrest Replacement - Rear Seat (Luxury Y91) (Armrest Replacement - Rear Seat (Luxury Y91)) .




3. Open the access flaps at the lower rear corners of the seatback in order to access the seatback to the frame retaining bolts.
4. Remove the bolts from the seatback frame.
5. Remove the seatback frame from the seatback cushion frame.



Installation Procedure





1. Install the seatback frame to the seat cushion frame.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the bolts in order to retain the seatback frame to the seat cushion frame.

Tighten the bolts to 35 N.m (26 lb ft).

3. Secure the access flaps at the lower rear corners of the seatback.
4. Install the armrest to the seatback. Refer toArmrest Replacement - Rear Seat (All Except Luxury) (Armrest Replacement - Rear Seat (All Except Luxury))Armrest Replacement - Rear Seat (Luxury Y91) (Armrest Replacement - Rear Seat (Luxury Y91)) .
5. Install the seat to the vehicle. Refer to Seat Replacement - Rear Bench (All Except Luxury) (Seat Replacement - Rear Bench (All Except Luxury))Seat Replacement - Rear Bench (Luxury Y91) (Seat Replacement - Rear Bench (Luxury Y91)) .
