Fasten Safety Belt Warning

The MFAM activates the fasten safety belt audible warning, and illuminates the fasten safety belt indicator in the IPC when the following occurs:
^ The ignition switch transitions to RUN.
^ The seat belt is not buckled and the signal circuit is low.
When the chime is activated and the seat belt is buckled, the chime will stop. After the initial transition to RUN, and the seat belt is unbuckled, the chime will not activate.
