Mode Actuator Replacement (Lower)

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the instrument panel from the vehicle. Refer to IP Carrier Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
2. Disconnect the vacuum hose from the upper mode actuator (1).
3. Remove the upper mode actuator (1) from the heater case (4).
4. Remove the linkage from the upper mode actuator (1).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the linkage to the upper mode actuator (1).
2. Install the upper mode actuator (1) to the heater case (4).
3. Connect the vacuum hose to the upper mode actuator (1).
4. Install the instrument panel.
