Front Seat Back Frame Replacement (Luxury (Y91))

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the bucket seat from the vehicle. Refer to Bucket Seat Replacement (All Except Luxury) (Bucket Seat Replacement (All Except Luxury))Bucket Seat Replacement (Luxury Y91) (Bucket Seat Replacement (Luxury Y91)) .




2. Remove the seat back cover and pad . Refer to Front Seat Back Cushion Cover and Cushion Pad Replacement (All Except Luxury) (Front Seat Back Cushion Cover and Cushion Pad Replacement (All Except Luxury))Front Seat Back Cushion Cover and Cushion Pad Replacement (Luxury Y91) (Front Seat Back Cushion Cover and Cushion Pad Replacement (Luxury Y91)) .
3. Remove the lumbar support cable. Refer to Lumbar Support Cable Replacement (Luxury (Y91)) (Lumbar Support Cable Replacement (Luxury (Y91)))
4. Remove the bolts from the seat back hinges on the right and left side.




5. Remove the seat back frame.



Installation Procedure





1. Install the seat back frame.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the bolts to the seat back hinges on the right and left side.

Tighten the bolts to the seat back hinges on the right and left side to 30 N.m (22 lb in).

3. Install the lumbar support cable. Refer to Lumbar Support Cable Replacement (Luxury (Y91)) (Lumbar Support Cable Replacement (Luxury (Y91))) .




4. Install the seat back cover and pad. Refer to Front Seat Back Cushion Cover and Cushion Pad Replacement (All Except Luxury) (Front Seat Back Cushion Cover and Cushion Pad Replacement (All Except Luxury))Front Seat Back Cushion Cover and Cushion Pad Replacement (Luxury Y91) (Front Seat Back Cushion Cover and Cushion Pad Replacement (Luxury Y91)) .
5. Install the bucket seat in the vehicle. Refer to Bucket Seat Replacement (All Except Luxury) (Bucket Seat Replacement (All Except Luxury))Bucket Seat Replacement (Luxury Y91) (Bucket Seat Replacement (Luxury Y91)) .
