Speaker Replacement - Roof Console (Luxury Y91)

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the front headliner from the vehicle.
2. Remove the rear headliner from the vehicle.
3. Remove the push-nuts (2) from the speaker grille retaining-plate.
4. Remove the retaining plate (1) from the speaker grille (4).
5. Remove the screws that are retaining the speaker (3) to the speaker grille.
6. Remove the speaker.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the speaker.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the screws that are retaining the speaker (3) to the speaker grille.

Tighten
Tighten the speaker screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

3. Install the retaining plate (1) to the speaker grille (4).
4. Install the push-nuts (2) to the speaker grille retaining-plate.
5. Install the rear headliner to the vehicle.
6. Install the front headliner to the vehicle.
