Seat Cushion Frame Replacement (Luxury (Y91))

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the bucket seat from the vehicle. Refer to Bucket Seat Replacement (All Except Luxury) (Bucket Seat Replacement (All Except Luxury))Bucket Seat Replacement (Luxury Y91) (Bucket Seat Replacement (Luxury Y91)) .
2. Remove the seat cushion cover and pad. Refer to Front Seat Cushion Cover Replacement (All Except Luxury) (Front Seat Cushion Cover Replacement (All Except Luxury))Front Seat Cushion Cover Replacement (Luxury Y91) (Front Seat Cushion Cover Replacement (Luxury Y91)) or Front Seat Back Cushion Cover and Cushion Pad Replacement (All Except Luxury) (Front Seat Back Cushion Cover and Cushion Pad Replacement (All Except Luxury))Front Seat Back Cushion Cover and Cushion Pad Replacement (Luxury Y91) (Front Seat Back Cushion Cover and Cushion Pad Replacement (Luxury Y91)) .
3. Remove lumbar support cable. Refer to Lumbar Support Cable Replacement (Luxury (Y91)) (Lumbar Support Cable Replacement (Luxury (Y91))) .




4. Remove the seat back hinge bolts from the right side of the seat frame.




5. Remove the seat back hinge bolts from the left side of the seat frame.
6. Remove the seat cushion frame from the seat back frame.



Installation Procedure

1. Install the seat cushion frame to the seat back frame.





Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the seat back hinge bolts to the left side of the seat frame.

Tighten the seat back hinge bolts to the left side of the seat frame to 30 N.m (22 lb ft).





3. Install the bolts to the right side of the seat frame.

Tighten the seat back hinge bolts to the right side of the seat frame to 30 N.m (22 lb ft).

4. Install the lumbar support cable. Refer to Lumbar Support Cable Replacement (Luxury (Y91)) (Lumbar Support Cable Replacement (Luxury (Y91))) .
5. Install the seat cushion cover and pad . Refer to Front Seat Cushion Cover Replacement (All Except Luxury) (Front Seat Cushion Cover Replacement (All Except Luxury))Front Seat Cushion Cover Replacement (Luxury Y91) (Front Seat Cushion Cover Replacement (Luxury Y91)) or Front Seat Back Cushion Cover and Cushion Pad Replacement (All Except Luxury) (Front Seat Back Cushion Cover and Cushion Pad Replacement (All Except Luxury))Front Seat Back Cushion Cover and Cushion Pad Replacement (Luxury Y91) (Front Seat Back Cushion Cover and Cushion Pad Replacement (Luxury Y91)) .
6. Install the bucket seat in the vehicle. Refer to Bucket Seat Replacement (All Except Luxury) (Bucket Seat Replacement (All Except Luxury))Bucket Seat Replacement (Luxury Y91) (Bucket Seat Replacement (Luxury Y91)) .
