12. Planetary Gears and Output Shaft Removal

1. Carefully remove the planetary gear snap ring (1) using a flathead screwdriver.
2. Remove the following components together:
^ The planetary gear (2)
^ The output shaft
3. Remove the leaf spring.
4. Remove the brake applying tube.
5. Remove the output shaft thrust bearing and race.
