Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) - Trim Plate Bezel Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the following components from the instrument panel:
1.1. The 3 screws (2)
1.2. The IP steering column opening trim plate (1)




2. Remove the 3 screws (2) which secure the steering column upper and lower trim covers.




3. Remove the steering column upper and lower trim covers (1,2).




4. Remove the 4 screws which secure the IP cluster trim plate (3).
5. Using a taped flat bladed tool, gently pry the cluster trim plate (3) loose.
6. Remove the cluster trim plate (3) from the instrument panel (2).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the IP cluster trim plate (3) to the instrument panel (2). Ensure that the retaining clips are fully engaged.
2. Install the 4 screws which secure the cluster trim plate (3).




3. Install the steering column upper and lower trim covers (1,2).




4. Install the 3 screws (2) which secure the steering column upper and lower trim covers.




5. Install the IP steering column opening trim plate (1) to the instrument panel. Secure the trim plate with the 3 screws (2).
