Inspect the following components and the following conditions:
- The tires for improper inflation
- The power steering hydraulic system for internal leakage.
- The drive belt for improper installation
- The coupling from the column to the steering gear for damage, wear, and improper installation
- The power steering pump for sufficient pressure output
