Horns Always On

The horn may sound continuously under the following conditions:
- Sticking contacts in the horn relay or the horn buttons may cause this condition.
- Wiring shorted to ground may energize the horn relay.
One of the above malfunctions may cause burned (open) windings on most horns. Before replacing horns which have open windings, ensure that neither of the above conditions exist. If either condition does exist, the horn windings may burn open again.
