Air Dryer: Service and Repair

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the automatic level control air compressor from the vehicle. Refer to Air Compressor Replacement.
2. Clean the area around the connection of the automatic level control air dryer to the automatic level control air compressor head.
3. Rotate the spring clip retaining the automatic level control air dryer to the automatic level control air compressor 90 degrees.
4. Remove the automatic level control air dryer from the automatic level control air compressor.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the automatic level control air dryer to the automatic level control air compressor.
2. Rotate the clip 90 degrees in order to retain the automatic level control air dryer to the automatic level control air compressor.
3. Install the automatic level control air compressor to the vehicle. Refer to Air Compressor Replacement
