Air Cleaner Fresh Air Duct/Hose: Service and Repair

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

1. Loosen the air duct clamps.
2. Remove the air duct rivets (2).
3. Remove the intake duct assembly (1) from the fan shroud (3).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

1. Install the intake air ducts.

Tighten
Tighten the intake air duct clamps 5 N.m (44 lb in).

2. Install the rivets (2).
