Secondary Air Injection (AIR) Crossover Pipe/Hose Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Raise vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle.
2. Remove crossover hose from shut-off valve.
3. Gut ties for vacuum line.
4. Lower vehicle.
5. Cut remaining ties for vacuum line.
6. Remove hose clamp at check valve.
7. Remove crossover pipe.
8. Transfer parts as necessary.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install crossover pipe.
2. Install hose clamp at check valve.
3. Install ties for vacuum line.
4. Raise vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle.
5. Install crossover hose to shut-off valve.
6. Install remaining ties for vacuum line.
7. Lower vehicle.
