66. Exhaust Manifold Installation

1. Install the exhaust manifold gasket and exhaust manifold.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the exhaust manifold nuts.

^ Tighten the exhaust manifold nuts to 13 Nm (115 inch lbs.).





3. Install the air injection pipe with gasket, (if equipped).

^ Tighten the air injection pipe nut (1) to 13 Nm (115 inch lbs.).
^ Tighten the air injection pipe nut (2) to 10 Nm (88 inch lbs.).

4. Install the oxygen sensor.
