Pulley Removal and Installation

- Tools Required
- J25034-C Power Steering Pulley Remover
- J25033-C Power Steering Pump Pulley Installer

Removal Procedure
1. Remove the upper fan shroud. Refer to Fan Shroud Replacement in Cooling System.
2. Remove the serpentine belt from the vehicle. Install a 3/8 inch drive ratchet on the tensioner arm and rotate the arm counterclockwise.





3. Install the J25034-C to the outer lip of the steering pump.





4. Remove the pulley.

Installation Procedure





1. Use the J25033-C in order to install the steering pump pulley to the pump.
2. Install the serpentine belt to the vehicle. Install a 3/8 inch drive ratchet on the tensioner and rotate arm counterclockwise.
3. Install the upper fan shroud. Refer to Fan Shroud Replacement in Cooling System.
