Oil Cooler: Service and Repair

Removal Procedure





1. Raise the vehicle. Support the vehicle with suitable safety stands. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.
2. Remove the air baffle from the vehicle. Refer to Air Intake Baffle Replacement - Radiator.
3. Disconnect the oil cooler lines from the auxiliary oil cooler. Refer to Engine Oil Cooler Line Replacement in Cooling System.
4. Remove the auxiliary oil cooler from the vehicle.


Installation Procedure





1. Install the auxiliary oil cooler.
2. Install the air baffle to the vehicle. Refer to Air Intake Baffle Replacement - Radiator.
3. Connect the oil cooler lines to the vehicle. Refer to Engine Oil Cooler Line Replacement in Cooling System.
4. Remove the safety stands.
5. Lower the vehicle.
