Radiator Air Baffle Assemblies and Deflectors

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the auxiliary oil cooler lines from the oil cooler. Refer to Engine Oil Cooler Line Replacement.
2. Remove the lower radiator air baffle retaining bolts.
3. Remove the lower radiator air baffle from the vehicle.
4. Remove the auxiliary oil cooler from the vehicle.


Installation Procedure





1. Install the auxiliary oil cooler to the vehicle.
2. Install the lower radiator air baffle to the vehicle.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

3. Install the radiator air baffle retaining bolts to the vehicle.
^ Tighten the radiator air baffle bolts to 12 Nm (106 inch lbs.).
4. Install the auxiliary oil cooler lines to the oil cooler. Refer to Engine Oil Cooler Line Replacement.
