Tow Hook Replacement - Front

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the front bumper impact bar. Refer to Impact Bar Replacement - Front Bumper () .
2. Mark the location of the following components to the bumper:

* The bolts
* The tow hook

3. Remove the bolts retaining the tow hook to the bumper.
4. Remove the tow hook from the bumper.



Installation Procedure

1. Install the tow hook to the bumper.




2. Align the brackets to the marks made prior to the removal of the tow hooks.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

3. Install the bolts in order to retain the tow hook to the bumper.

Tighten the bolts that retain the tow hook to the bumper to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).

4. Install the front bumper impact bar. Refer to Impact Bar Replacement - Front Bumper () .
