Rear Seat Back Replacement (All Except Luxury)

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the seat from the vehicle. Refer to Rear Bench Seat Replacement (All Except Luxury) (Rear Bench Seat Replacement (All Except Luxury)) .
2. Remove the armrest. Refer toRear Seat Armrest Replacement (All Except Luxury) (Rear Seat Armrest Replacement (All Except Luxury)) .




3. Open the access flaps at the lower rear corners of the seatback in order to access the seatback to the frame retaining bolts.
4. Remove the bolts from the seatback frame.
5. Remove the seatback frame from the seatback cushion frame.



Installation Procedure





1. Install the seatback frame to the seat cushion frame.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the bolts in order to retain the seatback frame to the seat cushion frame.

Tighten the bolts to 35 N.m (26 lb ft).

3. Secure the access flaps at the lower rear corners of the seatback.
4. Install the armrest to the seatback. Refer toRear Seat Armrest Replacement (All Except Luxury) (Rear Seat Armrest Replacement (All Except Luxury)) .
5. Install the seat to the vehicle. Refer to Rear Bench Seat Replacement (All Except Luxury) (Rear Bench Seat Replacement (All Except Luxury)) .
