Side Door Opening Frame Garnish Molding Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the front door upper pillar garnish molding. Refer to Upper Pillar Garnish Molding Replacement (Upper Pillar Garnish Molding Replacement) .
2. Remove the passenger side front corner garnish molding. Refer to Center Pillar Upper Garnish Molding Replacement - Right Side (Center Pillar Upper Garnish Molding Replacement - Right Side) .




3. Grasp and gently pull the side door opening frame garnish molding down in order to disengage the retaining clips.
4. Remove the side door opening frame garnish molding from the vehicle.
5. Inspect the side door opening frame garnish molding for broken or missing retaining clips. Replace the retaining clips as needed.



Installation Procedure





1. Install the side door opening frame garnish molding to the vehicle.
2. Press on the side door opening frame garnish molding in order to engage the retaining clips.
3. Install the passenger side front corner garnish molding. Refer toCenter Pillar Upper Garnish Molding Replacement - Right Side (Center Pillar Upper Garnish Molding Replacement - Right Side) .
4. Install the front door upper pillar garnish molding. Refer toUpper Pillar Garnish Molding Replacement (Upper Pillar Garnish Molding Replacement) .
