Visual/Physical Inspection
^ Inspect for after market devices which could affect the operation of the HVAC System. Refer to Checking Aftermarket Accessories in Wiring Systems.
^ Inspect the easily accessible or visible system components for obvious damage or conditions which could cause the symptom.
^ Inspect all related ground points for being clean and tight.
Intermittent
Faulty electrical connections or wiring may be the cause of intermittent conditions. Refer to Testing for Intermittent and Poor Connections in Wiring Systems.
Refer to a symptom diagnostic procedure from the following list in order to diagnose the symptom:
^ Blower Motor Inoperative at Any Speed
^ Blower Motor Inoperative at High Speed Only
^ Blower Motor Inoperative Med-1
^ Blower Motor Inoperative Med-2
^ Blower Motor Inoperative at Low Speed Only
^ Blower Motor Operates at High Speed Only
^ Blower Motor Always On
^ Heating Insufficient
^ Heat Excessive (Heater Mode)

^ Noise Diagnosis
^ Odor Diagnosis
^ High or Low Temperature Control Effort
