A/T Shift Lock, High Lock Effort

Inspect the following components and inspect the following conditions:
- The lock cylinder for damage
- The ignition switch for damage
- If equipped with an automatic transmission, the shift lever position
- If equipped with an automatic transmission, the shift linkage adjustment
- If equipped with an automatic transmission, the park lock cable for binding
