Removal Procedure
1. Remove the rear quarter lower trim panel.
2. Open the shoulder guide trim cover (1).
3. Remove the shoulder guide anchor bolt (2) which secures the rear seat belt to the rear seat belt mounting bracket (6).
4. Remove the following components from the vehicle:
4.1. The mounting bolt (5)
4.2. The rear seat belt (4)
5. Pull the rear seat pull strap and raise the rear seat cushion (5) in order to gain access to the rear seat belt buckle anchor bolt.
6. Remove the following components from the floor pan:
6.1. The anchor bolt
6.2. The rear seat belt buckle

Installation Procedure

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

1. Install the rear seat belt buckle to the floor pan. Secure the buckle with the anchor bolt.

Tighten
Tighten the rear seat belt buckle anchor bolt to 35 N.m (25 lb ft).

2. Lower the rear seat cushion (5).
3. Install the rear seat belt (4)10 the vehicle. Secure the seat belt with the mounting bolt (5).

Tighten
Tighten the rear seat belt mounting bolt to 35 N.m (25 lb ft).

4. Install the shoulder guide anchor bolt (2) which secures the rear seat belt to the rear seat belt mounting bracket (6)

Tighten
Tighten the rear seat belt shoulder guide anchor bolt to 35 N.m (25 lb ft).

5. Close the shoulder guide trim cover (1).
6. Install the rear quarter lower trim panel.
