Fuel Cut-Off Valve Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the fuel tank.
2. Remove the vapor hose from the fuel cut-off valve.
3. Remove the three screws (3) from fuel cut-off valve (1).
4. Remove the fuel cut-off valve (1) and gasket (2) from the fuel tank.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the fuel cut-off valve (1) and gasket (2) to the fuel tank.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Secure the fuel cut-off valve (1) to the fuel tank with the three screws (3).

Tighten
Tighten the three screws to 3.5 N.m (39 lb in).

3. Connect the vapor hose to the fuel cut-off valve.
4. Install the fuel tank.
