Air Outlet Replacement - Rear Floor

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the front seat.
2. Remove the front door sill plate.
3. Remove the footrest on the left side only.
4. Remove the hinge pillar trim panel.
5. Remove the 2 plastic retainers that secure the floor carpet at the bulkhead.
6. Position the carpet (1) aside to access the floor duct.
7. Remove the plastic retainers (3) and remove the rear floor heater duct.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the rear floor heater duct (2) to the vehicle.
2. Secure the rear floor heater duct with the fasteners.
3. Reposition the floor carpet (1).
4. Secure the floor carpet at the bulkhead with the 2 plastic retainers.
5. Install the hinge pillar trim panel.
6. Install the footrest on the left side only.
7. Install the front door sill plate.
8. Install the front seat.
