AM/FM

Press this button to toggle between the AM and FM bands. AM, FM1 or FM2 will appear on the display, depending upon the band that you chose. The radio will automatically go to the frequency that played when that band was last active. If a cassette is playing, depressing the AM/FM band button will perform the following functions:
1. Stop the tape.
2. Retract the pinch rollers.
3. Switch to radio receiver mode.
