Transmission Oil Cooler Replacement

Removal Procedure
1. Remove the two nuts securing the two cooler lines to the oil cooler.
2. Remove the four bolts securing the auxiliary oil cooler to the radiator support.





3. Remove the auxiliary oil cooler.

Installation Procedure

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.





1. Install the four bolts securing the oil cooler to the radiator support.
^ Tighten the bolts to 10 Nm (89 inch lbs.).
2. Install the two nuts securing the two oil cooler lines to the auxiliary oil cooler.
^ Tighten the nuts securing the cooler lines to the oil cooler to 23 Nm (17 ft. lbs.).
